What is your return policy?

All sales are final. In the rare case your pin arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us to work out a return or exchange for the right product. You may be asked to return your shipment and/or provide photographic proof of your claim.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

What is your shipping schedule?

Shipping processing time varies. Normally we ship within 5-7 business days of the order date, but we often ship daily during peak seasons. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.  Please refrain from contacting us on the status of your shipment unless you have allowed plenty of time for the delivery to process.

How long do shipments take to arrive?

Shipping time can vary depending on location and post office efficiency, but we have USPS provided timelines below.
•  United States Domestic USPS Shipping usually arrives within 7 days or less and are shipped from Southern California.
•  International USPS Shipping usually takes up to 2-4 weeks.

If you would like to request an expedited shipping method, packaging type, or are planning a large order, please drop us a line to make special arrangements. Please note we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time unless special arrangements are made and confirmed with the local post office.

It feels like its been a while since I ordered, what do I do?

Please check your tracking information in your email, if you think there is something wrong, you can always contact us.

How do I find my tracking number?

Check your shipping notification you received by email, you should have received one when order was been processed.

My tracking number say "In Transit," what does that mean?

USPS Tracking can often use general terms. Sometimes they make mistakes, or leave a slip if you are not home. If you have any questions, please contact your local Postal Office or you can always contact us.

I have an idea for a Pin Museum pin. Do you accept suggestions?

Yes, we do accept suggestions! Of course there is no guarantees, but we love talking art: contact us.
